I've had this car for a while now and recently the revs have been acting weird
When i blip the gas peddle (as if i were to downshift) the revs jump up and stay where they are for a couple.
My engine recently has been rev hanging or increasing rpm by a few hundred when lifting off the throttle to shift up or down I can always install the aftermarket exhaust if i don't like the results of the muffler delete My question is, is there any expereince with a loss of backpressure due to removing the mufflers, and if. It's an na engine so you'll have to keep the revs up for torque or power, unlike a turbo car
Try keeping it above 4.5k if you want it to be alive A tune will help a little bit but it won't be like the 718. It sits between the ecu and the injectors and cuts the signal to keep the throttle open when you push the clutch in (and let the throttle go) for a shift I had the vibe gt and not only was there no rev hang, but the revs fell so quickly to idle that i actually had to get used to being quicker on the clutch than with any of my previous cars
Before and after video of a muffler delete on my cayman, in my opinion it sounds 100 times better
